Job Description:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team to ensure effective task execution and manage and monitor the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery, and diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure system and data security and oversee vendor management for hardware/software procurement and services.
• Assist in budgeting and manage departmental expenditures for cost-effectiveness and document IT systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Experience in the QSR or food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing IT teams and systems.
• Expertise in networking, databases, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
