Job Description:

• Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies.

• Support the setup of new devices, upgrades, and software patches.

• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT teams or vendors when necessary.

• Document all support requests, incidents, and resolutions using the IT helpdesk system.

• Train and guide staff on IT tools, applications, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security protocols.

• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.

Requirements:

• OND holders only
• 1-2 years of experience in LAN, WLAN installation, and other computer networking.
• Age: Not more than 30 years of age
• Good knowledge of computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
