Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber, hands-on Technical Leader to spearhead our on-site solar and energy storage operations. This is a "Field-First" role; you are the bridge between engineering design and real-world performance. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Off-grid and Hybrid inverter systems, ensuring every project meets elite technical standards. This position demands a leader who can get their hands dirty—independently configuring complex systems—while simultaneously managing a team of technicians to deliver quality, safety, and reliability.

Requirements:

1. Systems Engineering & Commissioning

• Technical Execution: Install and commission Hybrid/Off-grid systems, specializing in lithium battery integration and BMS communication setup.

• Logic Configuration: Program switching logic for Grid, Generator, and PV inputs to ensure seamless power transitions.

• Precision Testing: Perform comprehensive load testing and parameter optimization to ensure long-term system stability.

2. Field Leadership & Quality Governance

• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a local team of electricians and installation engineers, ensuring all work adheres to strict SOPs.

• Integrity Audits: Take full accountability for installation quality—from correct cable sizing and grounding to professional, clean cable management.

• Safety Stewardship: Enforce high-voltage safety standards on-site to minimize risk to personnel and equipment.

3. Advanced Troubleshooting & After-Sales

• Fault Diagnosis: Independently resolve inverter alarms, communication errors, and parameter mismatches that stymie standard technicians.

• Customer Education: Serve as the technical face of the brand, explaining system operations to clients and handling after-sales issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.

• Feedback Loop: Provide critical data to the internal product team regarding common field issues and hardware performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Technical Experience

• Inverter Expertise: Strong experience with Off-grid and Hybrid inverter systems.

• Storage Systems: Deep knowledge of Lithium battery systems (specifically 48V / 51.2V architectures).

• Field Mastery: Proven ability to lead a full installation and commissioning workflow from start to finish.

• Leadership: Demonstrable experience managing and supervising technical teams in the field.

Preferred Profile

• Experience with parallel inverter configurations for small commercial scale.

• Familiarity with multiple global inverter brands and their specific software/parameter settings.

• Exceptional communication skills—the ability to simplify complex technical jargon for customers and sales teams.
