INVENTORY LEAD

TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading client in the FMCG industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate inventory records including tracking levels, monitoring expiration dates, and addressing discrepancies.
• Supervise inventory specialists, offering training and direction and coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of frozen food in compliance with policies.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories and investigate and resolve inventory issues such as missing or damaged goods.
• Implement inventory best practices including FIFO rotation and proper labeling and work with branch leadership to reduce costs and improve inventory efficiency.

Requirements:

• HND / BSc Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of inventory management experience, ideally in the frozen food sector.
• Strong leadership and team management experience and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment and manage priorities.
