Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst Lead to oversee our support services inventory operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring that our support infrastructure has the necessary resources to operate without disruption. We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between supply chain data and operational reality, utilizing reporting tools to drive decision-making and minimize carrying costs. Requirements:

  • Inventory Oversight: Manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle for support services, ensuring accurate tracking of supplies, assets, and materials.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze inventory levels, consumption patterns, and stock turnover rates to provide actionable insights for procurement and management.

  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement inventory control procedures, audit processes, and reconciliation workflows to minimize shrink, waste, and stockouts.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels aligned with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for inventory-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve supply chain flow.

  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure full compliance with internal company policies, safety standards, and accurate record-keeping for all inventory assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven professional experience in inventory analysis, warehouse management, or supply chain support.
