Job Description:
- Design, review, and enforce internal control and compliance systems across the organization
- Monitor and report on operational, financial, and regulatory risks
- Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of control gaps
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Develop compliance programs and deliver training to staff on regulatory updates
- Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Maintain and update documentation for compliance checks and audit trail
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years proven experience in internal control, audit, or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with audit tools is an advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIA, CISA) are a plus
- Ability to resume work immediately is a strong advantage.
Salary
