Job Description:

• Design, review, and enforce internal control and compliance systems across the organization
• Monitor and report on operational, financial, and regulatory risks
• Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of control gaps
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Develop compliance programs and deliver training to staff on regulatory updates
• Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements
• Maintain and update documentation for compliance checks and audit trail

Requirements:

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years proven experience in internal control, audit, or compliance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with audit tools is an advantage.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIA, CISA) are a plus
• Ability to resume work immediately is a strong advantage.
