Job Description:
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operational procedures, and control systems.
- Review and verify daily revenue reports, cash receipts, and accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Identify process gaps, financial risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial integrity and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, Sage, or similar systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, or CIA) is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
