As an Insurance Advisor, you will act as a "Risk Architect," responsible for identifying client vulnerabilities and crafting bespoke insurance solutions that protect their assets, families, and businesses. You will lead the entire business development lifecycle—from aggressive prospecting and brand promotion to technical advisory and high-level proposal development. Requirements:
1. Strategic Prospecting & Business Development
Lead Generation Architecture: Proactively identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a frontline promoter of our insurance products, utilizing digital and physical channels to increase brand visibility and market share.
Market Penetration: Identify untapped demographics and industries, developing targeted entry strategies to grow our regional portfolio.
2. Technical Advisory & Proposal Excellence
Risk Assessment & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive financial health checks to identify gaps in a client’s current coverage and offer strategic, data-backed recommendations.
Bespoke Proposal Development: Craft sophisticated, technical proposals that clearly articulate the ROI, coverage nuances, and long-term benefits of our insurance packages.
Consultative Selling: Transform complex insurance jargon into clear, actionable financial advice that builds trust and drives policy adoption.
3. Portfolio Management & Client Retention
Relationship Stewardship: Foster long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their policies evolve in tandem with their life changes and business growth.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Analyze existing client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional coverage, maximizing the Lifetime Value (LTV) of every account.
Claim Advocacy: Act as a liaison for clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience that reinforces brand loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or financial advisory (Insurance background is highly preferred).
Skills: Expert-level negotiation, public speaking, and proposal writing skills.
