Job Description:

The Cornerstone Insurance Plc Graduate Trainee Program is a structured entry-level initiative designed to identify, train, and develop young graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a keen interest in the insurance industry. The program builds foundational knowledge of insurance operations while exposing trainees to real-world business practices within a professional corporate environment.

The  Program offers selected candidates the opportunity to:

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• NYSC Completion: Applicants must have fully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Work Experience: Candidates should have between zero (0) and one (1) year of post-graduation work experience.
• Career Interest: Applicants should demonstrate a clear interest in building a career within the insurance industry.
