Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Information Technology (IT) Manager to anchor the digital engine of our client, a prestigious institution in Abuja with a legacy spanning back to 1969. In an era where real estate surveying and land economy are increasingly data-driven, success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize global affiliations (RICS, FIG, IVSC) with the clinical precision required for Network Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Cybersecurity Resilience. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with 5–8 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (managing servers and Cisco/Microsoft systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to deploy LLM-ready data environments and e-learning platforms.
Requirements:
1. Infrastructure Orchestration & Strategy Governance
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and monitor IT projects and strategies aligned with institutional objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Vision."
Network Architecture: Implement and monitor high-fidelity networks and servers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless international communication with bodies like FIABCI and CASLE.
Fiscal Stewardship: Manage IT budgets and procurement cycles with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Technology ROI" is optimized through elite vendor management.
2. Digital Resilience & Security Logic
Cybersecurity Sovereignty: Enforce robust cybersecurity measures and data protection policies, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Defense."
Platform Architecture: Oversee the maintenance of the college website and digital platforms, ensuring "Zero-Downtime" and prompt resolution of technical bottlenecks.
Transformation Stewardship: Evaluate and deploy new technologies, including e-learning platforms and digital classrooms, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for educational excellence.
3. Leadership Integrity & Policy Power
Team Sovereignty: Supervise the IT team through performance management and capacity building, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Talent Evolution."
Policy Architecture: Develop and enforce IT compliance standards and procedures, ensuring the "Source of Operational Governance" meets international best practices.
Support Logic: Manage enterprise-wide IT support services, utilizing 5–8 years of management expertise to maximize the "Source of User Productivity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification: Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSE), CompTIA (Network+/Security+)).
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in IT management (Experience in academic or institutional systems is a strategic advantage).
