Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite ICT Officer to anchor the technological engine of Iknorbert Communications. In a specialized distribution landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of the network and the precision of the data flow across West Africa success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize LAN/WAN Governance with the clinical precision required for Cybersecurity, Server Maintenance, and Disaster Recovery. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with a Bachelor’s/HND and 5–12 years of professional experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (preventive maintenance and hardware configuration) with the "Strategic Agility" required to master Busy Accounting Software and execute complex system migrations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Network Governance

• Infrastructure Sovereignty: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and LAN/WAN frameworks, acting as the primary "Source of Global Connectivity."

• Systemic Architecture: Conduct regular preventive maintenance for servers and peripherals, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted distribution operations.

• Integrity Stewardship: Implement and monitor firewalls and antivirus protocols, ensuring the "Source of Digital Security" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Support Logic

• Support Sovereignty: Provide prompt first-line technical assistance to staff, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Continuity."

• Recovery Architecture: Manage data backup and disaster recovery protocols with millimetric focus, providing the "Functional Foundation" for business resilience.

• Accounting Logic: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Busy Accounting Software to support financial data integrity, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Accuracy."

3. Operational Integrity & Project Power

• Migration Sovereignty: Plan and execute IT upgrades and system installations with minimal disruption, acting as the primary "Source of Technological Evolution."

• Capability Architecture: Educate staff on IT best practices and security protocols, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a digitally literate workforce.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–12 years of ICT expertise and certifications (CCNA, Network+) to resolve infrastructure abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput" in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Experience: 5 – 12 years of professional experience in ICT support or administration.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.

• Preferred Edge: Indepth knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are highly advantageous.
