Job Description:

Are you a technical expert in HVAC systems looking to join a fast-growing team? We are seeking a skilled HVAC VRV/VRF Technician to lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal climate control for our diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Requirements:

• System Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of high-end VRV/VRF HVAC systems.

• Expert Diagnostics: Rapidly identify system faults, perform complex repairs, and ensure long-term system reliability.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor refrigerant levels, electrical components, and airflow to maximize efficiency.

• Compliance & Safety: Execute leak detection, pressure testing, and refrigerant charging while strictly adhering to international safety standards and local regulations.

• Technical Precision: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams.

• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project engineers and clients to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous service records, maintenance logs, and inventory updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with VRV/VRF systems.

• Brand Proficiency: Proven experience working with major industry brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, or Samsung.

• Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of HVAC controls, fault diagnostics, and system integration.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physically demanding tasks as required by site conditions.

• Certifications: Valid HVAC certification or professional licensing is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning new HVAC technologies.
