Job Description:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance management and staff appraisals.
- Provide HR reports and analytics to management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
