Job Description:
Human Resources (HR) Manager
Requirements:
- The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred – CIPM, PHR/SPHR).
- 10 years proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
