Job Description:
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Support management in driving employee engagement and organizational culture.
Supervise administrative operations including office supplies, logistics, and facility management.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in HR and administration.
