Job Description:
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and reports
- Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Help prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation for new hires
- Assist in processing payroll and verifying attendance records
- Support the administration of employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.)
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries
- Support the communication of HR policies and procedures to staff
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events
- Ensure HR processes comply with legal and organizational policies
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of employee information
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
