Job Description:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues with professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year experience
- Proven experience in HR, preferably within an educational or online environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary
