We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a background in the airline industry to assist the HR unit of a leading airline in the Nigerian aviation sector with multiple locations across Nigeria.
- In this role, you will assist the HR department in providing vital administrative support to the HR unit.
- You shall act as the operational backbone of the HR department, ensuring that day-to-day functions run smoothly by executing core responsibilities across the entire employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation. Support HR strategy and daily HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and assist in performance management
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR internal processes Assist in policy reviews and implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment •Ability to collaborate and work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR related software Applicants must reside in Enugu.
