We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. •
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead initiatives in training, development, and employee engagement.
- Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, performance, and workforce planning.
- Support management in building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in events, media, or production industry.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
