Job Description:

• Define and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational design.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
• Support organizational change and cultural transformation programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 5-8 years in strategic HR roles, ideally in financial services or banking.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in change management, work- force planning, and performance management.
• Commercial banking experience is an added advantage.
