Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HSE Officer to anchor the protection engine of our construction projects in Lagos. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the hazard identification and the precision of the preventive measure success is defined by "Physical Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-risk site operations with the clinical precision required for Risk Assessments, Workplace Safety Implementation, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Safety Architect" specifically a professional with Construction Industry experience who can blend "Site Grit" (conducting daily inspections and guiding field teams) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Occupational Health Reports and NEBOSH-Level Safety Management Systems.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Risk Governance
Sovereignty of the Assessment: Conduct high-fidelity risk assessments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Hazard Mitigation."
Compliance Architecture: Ensure all site activities align with EHS regulations and workplace safety standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a zero-accident environment.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain precise documentation of occupational health and safety concerns, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Accountability" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Guiding Sovereignty: Lead and guide construction teams on safe work practices, acting as the primary "Source of Site Discipline."
Inspection Architecture: Conduct rigorous daily site inspections for health and safety compliance, providing the "Functional Foundation" for physical site security.
Training Stewardship: Execute high-impact safety training sessions for staff, maintaining the "Source of Collective Competency."
3. Operational Integrity & Management Power
Preventive Sovereignty: Develop and implement preventive measures to eliminate workplace hazards, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Continuity."

Qualifications and Skills:
