About Company:

Eko Maintenance Limited is a fast-growing facility management company specializing in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities, with its office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Description:

• Door Maintenance: Install, repair, and service door handles, locks, cylinders, and mechanisms to ensure optimal functionality and security.

• Building Framework Construction: Build and install structural elements such as windows, walls, floors, and door frames with precise measurements and durable finishes.

• General Carpentry: Carry out diverse carpentry tasks, delivering high-quality workmanship across all assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum of a Trade Test certification in Carpentry or a related discipline.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven carpentry experience with a solid portfolio of completed projects.

• Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and relevant building codes.

• Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.

• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy materials and working in diverse environments.
