Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to strengthen our people operations and support our rapid organizational growth. In this role, you will be the architectural link between management and our workforce, ensuring that our talent—from office-based developers to technical field staff—is engaged, compliant, and performing at their peak. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, with a strategic focus on workforce planning and industrial relations. Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Architecture
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of diverse talent, ensuring a "first-day" experience that aligns with our brand.
Technical Manpower Planning: Support the strategic planning and deployment of technical and field staff, ensuring we have the right skills in the right locations to meet operational demands.
Organizational Design: Help maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts to reflect our evolving growth.
2. Performance, Growth & Employee Relations
Performance Governance: Facilitate the performance evaluation cycle, coaching managers on delivering constructive feedback and setting KPIs.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a neutral bridge between management and employees, handling grievances, welfare concerns, and workplace disputes with maturity and tact.
3. Operational Compliance & Administration
HR Documentation: Maintain an audit-ready database of employee records, contracts, and policy handbooks.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure all HR activities strictly adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and international HR best practices.
Total Rewards Support: Assist in the accurate administration of payroll, employee benefits, and leave management to ensure staff motivation and retention.
L&D Coordination: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives that empower our technical teams to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience & Education
Tenure: 2–3 years of proven HR Generalist experience.
Industry Context: Experience in the Telecommunications or Engineering sectors is a highly desirable advantage.
Operations Mastery: Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations, from payroll support to disciplinary procedures.
Core Competencies
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Organization: Extraordinary attention to detail in document management and HRIS maintenance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for drafting policies and mediating employee sessions.
Agility: Ability to manage HR needs for both corporate office environments and remote field operations.
Salary
