We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conducting employee onboarding, offboarding and exit interviews accordingly.
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper forms.
- Regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Developing monthly payroll ensuring all updates are processed accurately and payment made on time.
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations such as NSITF, payee, withholding tax, pension, ITF, Group life e.t.c.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc / HND in Human Resources, Industrial relations or related courses.
- Preferable with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HMO is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including outlook is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
