Eko Maintenance Limited is a fast-expanding facility management company specializing in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities, with its headquarters located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Description:

  • Leverage advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks within the Helpdesk and Operations Department.

  • Serve as a key support resource for the manager, facilitating effective communication through emails, letters, reports, and other correspondence.

  • Perform administrative duties, including documentation, data entry, and record management within the operations department.

  • Monitor and manage follow-up and feedback systems to gather insights, track progress, and drive improvements.

  • Ensure timely communication with clients and contractors, keeping them updated on schedules, progress, and service-related matters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and achieve departmental goals.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to helpdesk activities, user interactions, and service requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Helpdesk coordination, technical support or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and helpdesk ticketing system
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organization abilities wit attention to details and a proactive approach to problem solving.
