Job Description:
- Non-Profit and Administrative Support: Oversees non-profit projects by managing schedules, calendars, meetings, vendors, and correspondence. Prepares reports and presentations, maintains marketing databases, and assists in writing grant proposals to support organizational goals.
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, while supporting content creation across platforms such as social media, websites, and email newsletters.
- Program and Project Management: Assists program and project leads in tracking and evaluating marketing and non-profit initiatives. Coordinates with partner organizations, grant agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects, while helping manage budgets and resource allocation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitors the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzes key data and metrics, and manages social media channels. Provides actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
- Communication and Collaboration: Promotes strong communication and teamwork within the organization and among stakeholders. Supports collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared objectives efficiently.
Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

An MBA is an added advantage, reflecting solid business insight and leadership capability.

Prior experience in non-profit, marketing, or administrative support roles is essential—preferably within a non-profit organization, marketing team, or business development unit.
