Job Description:

• We are looking for a Health Advisor who will play a vital role in working tirelessly to promote wellness, enhance health literacy, and ensure equitable access to care for all our staffs.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct outreach programs to promote health and wellness within our organization
• Educate our staffs about healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Assist our staffs in navigating the healthcare system.
• Provide information on available health resources and services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify our health needs.
• Develop and distribute educational materials related to health and wellness.
• Organize and participate in health fairs and workshops.
• Collect data on health trends to inform future initiatives.
• Advocate for improved health policies at the local levels.
• Provide support and resources to our staffs managing chronic diseases.
• Assist in developing health improvement plans for our organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Work, or any other related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of local health resources and services.
• Proficiency in using technology for health education and outreach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Empathy and a genuine interest in helping others
