Job Description:
- Develop and implement capital project strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including concept selection, FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover.
- Prepare and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and feasibility studies.
- Lead the execution of surface facility projects, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Coordinate interfaces among engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Develop and manage CAPEX budgets, monitor expenditures, control costs, and evaluate change requests to minimize budget overruns.
- Lead contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, procurement activities, local content compliance, and supply chain risk management while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 15+ years’ experience in oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in a project lead role.
