Job Description:

• Lead the Treasury Sales team to drive liability generation and deposit mobilization targets

• Design and execute strategies to expand corporate, institutional, and retail deposits

• Monitor and manage liquidity positions to support effective cash flow and balance sheet management

• Develop and enforce treasury policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities using market insights and competitor analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver innovative financial solutions

• Provide leadership in pricing, risk assessment, and structuring of treasury products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate organizations, and institutional investors

• Prepare and present regular reports on treasury performance, liquidity status, and market outlook to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience managing treasury functions, including liquidity management, cash flow, and liability generation

• In-depth knowledge of mortgage banking structures, financial policies, processes, and compliance procedures

• Relevant background in Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs)

• Demonstrated success in liability generation and management of high-value client portfolios

• Strong leadership abilities with proven analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, or ACCA will be an added advantage

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in treasury sales, deposit mobilization, or corporate banking within the financial services sector
