What You’ll Do

• Redesign people strategy to align with our business growth, creativity, and agility.
• Transform workplace culture into a magnet for top talent — where ideas thrive, and people feel seen.
• Build robust performance frameworks that reward innovation, collaboration, and impact.
• Partner with senior leadership to embed people-first thinking into business decisions.
• Own the end-to-end employee experience: onboarding, engagement, learning, talent development, retention.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and ethical practices, while staying ahead of industry HR trends.
• Lead initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion, making our team as diverse as the people we serve.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 8+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic or transformational HR role.
• Experience in media, creative, experiential, or startup environments.
• Strong background in change management, organizational development, and culture building.
• Confident communicator with boardroom presence and empathy-led leadership.
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian labour law and modern HR tools.
