They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the managing Director, you will be responsible for the sale of the company’s products in Nigeria.
  • You will provide ongoing support to distribute products in the entire country. Additionally, you will manage Regional Sales Managers.
  • You will ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products
  • Research consumer needs and identify how the company’s products address them
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company's global reach
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Experience in penetration of new products into the local market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Superb leadership ability.
  • Proven record in creating a full sales team, pan Nigeria.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
