Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Sales and Marketing to anchor the revenue engine of our global premium hair brand. In a specialized beauty landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the funnel and the precision of the ROAS success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-channel marketing with the clinical precision required for CRM Implementation, B2B Expansion, and Funnel Optimization. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with 5+ years of leadership experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (closing revenue leakages) with the "Strategic Agility" required to scale sales across Nigeria, the UK, the US, and Canada

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Revenue Governance

  • Funnel Sovereignty: Own monthly and quarterly targets by building a structured pipeline (Lead → Follow-up → Close → Repeat), acting as the primary "Source of Scalable Income."

  • System Architecture: Implement CRM and sales tracking systems to move beyond manual processes, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-backed decision-making.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Identify and fix revenue leakages across the entire funnel, ensuring the "Source of Profitability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Channel Logic

  • Omnichannel Sovereignty: Expand sales channels beyond Instagram to include WhatsApp, TikTok, Website, and Email, acting as the primary "Source of Platform Independence."

  • Partnership Architecture: Launch and scale B2B partnerships with salons, resellers, and distributors, providing the "Functional Foundation" for wholesale growth.

  • Retention Stewardship: Build repeat purchase systems and loyalty flows, maintaining the "Source of Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Commercial Sovereignty: Manage the Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Service teams, acting as the primary "Source of Team Synergy."

  • Budget Architecture: Allocate and optimize marketing spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google to ensure a minimum 3x ROAS, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable scaling.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of e-commerce expertise to improve website conversion rates to 2.5%+, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput" in Lekki.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales/marketing with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.

  • Sector Power: Background in E-commerce, Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG is highly preferred.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep experience managing digital marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google) and CRM systems.

  • Attributes: Confident, data-driven, and able to build systems from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
