Job Description:

Union Bank is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Product Management to lead our product portfolio into the future. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our financial products. You will be the architect of customer-centric solutions that align with our digital transformation goals and commercial targets. If you are an expert at navigating the intersection of banking, technology, and market demand, and you have a track record of driving product growth through cross-functional collaboration, we want you to shape the next generation of banking at Union Bank.

Requirements:

• Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the bank’s broader business and digital objectives.

• Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle—from initial ideation and market research to development, go-to-market launch, and continuous improvement.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize existing offerings and identify white-space opportunities for new products.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate and align teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and market adoption.

• Mentorship & Best Practices: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers; establish internal best practices and standard operating procedures.

• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all products meet rigorous regulatory standards, security requirements, and internal risk management protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master’s Degree is a distinct advantage.

• Industry Expertise: Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech, including deep knowledge of digital channels and regulatory landscapes.
