Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing division and accelerate our brand’s trajectory. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive brand dominance, customer acquisition, and aggressive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a high-level strategist with deep experience in technology-driven environments specifically the PropTech space who can balance bold creativity with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Requirements:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Strategy Development: Design and implement the company’s master marketing roadmap, ensuring every initiative aligns with core business goals and high-growth targets.
Omnichannel Oversight: Direct all digital marketing, content architecture, branding, and customer communication efforts to ensure a unified market presence.
Budget Optimization: Manage the marketing budget with precision, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum ROI and measurable impact.
Brand & Market Positioning
Brand Identity: Lead the evolution of our brand, ensuring consistent messaging that establishes the company as a trusted, innovative leader in the PropTech industry.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research to decode customer needs and industry trends, using these insights to sharpen product positioning and sales enablement.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to continuously refine effectiveness and market reach.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture defined by collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Stakeholder Alignment: Work in lockstep with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing strategies enhance the end-to-end customer experience and support broader business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of total marketing experience.
At least 2 years in a leadership role specifically within the Technology, PropTech, or Real Estate sectors.
Technical Toolkit:
Proven expertise in digital marketing and brand strategy.
High proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
Core Competencies:
Strategic Execution: Ability to translate abstract business goals into actionable, data-backed marketing tactics.
Leadership: A proven ability to inspire and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
