Job Description:
- We're seeking an experienced Head of Customer Service to lead our customer service team, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage customer service metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in customer service, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Proven track record of leading high-performing customer service teams
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary
