Guest Manager

Requirements:

• Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs
• Manage bookings and communication across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
• Track occupancy and support strategies to boost guest satisfaction and reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years work experience.
• Resides on or near the Island (Lekki and environs)
• Has experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service
• Is tech-savvy with booking tools and communication platforms
• Has excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
