Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guestwith a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, inquiries, and appointments.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, etc.).
- Keep accurate records of office activities and update databases when necessary.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle basic customer service complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

One day on / One day off
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND/ BSc Degree in any related field.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude, neat appearance, and good grooming.
Salary
