Job Description:
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the B2C sales funnel.
- Track and improve conversion rates across the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance and key growth metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in target-driven sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
- Experience closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech sales is required.
