Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Growth & Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead revenue growth and accelerate customer acquisition for a fast-growing retail brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies, optimising conversion funnels, and driving measurable returns on marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve return on ad spend through continuous testing and optimisation.
• Implement and manage tracking systems, pixels, conversion APIs, and event reporting structures.
• Develop and coordinate content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Analyse website performance, user behaviour, and sales funnels to identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4years' experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Basic video editing and persuasive copywriting skills are advantageous.
