We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- As a Growth Associate, you’ll play a critical role in helping organizations across Africa understand and access our AI training and advisory solutions.
- This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role ideal for an ambitious, persuasive communicator who wants to build a career at the intersection of AI, business, and consulting.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects across corporate, government, and development sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Identify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Client Engagement: Present our value proposition, schedule meetings, and support consultative discovery conversations.
- Sales Execution: Work with the leadership team to move prospects through the pipeline to closure.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM, track KPIs, and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, understand client pain points, and contribute insights to our service development.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships that can lead to repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of similar experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (tech, consulting, or training a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with consultative and solution-based selling
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- A strong interest in AI, technology, or digital transformation (technical background not required)
- Bonus: Experience selling to HR, L&D, or innovation teams in enterprises or public sector
