This role is designed for a "Creative Tactician" who can blend "Mastery of Design Software" with the "Operational Logic" required to prepare files for both large-scale site boards and high-velocity social media campaigns.

Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Brand Consistency and High-Conversion Visual Content." You will be the primary architect of our physical and digital identity: responsible for everything from property brochures and motion graphics to ensuring that our site boards meet professional print standards. If you possess "Aesthetic Precision," mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and a foundation in Motion Graphics, we want you to drive our visual market presence.

Requirements:

1. Marketing Asset Engineering

• Multimodal Design: Architect a wide range of marketing collateral, including corporate brochures, professional banners, and site boards that communicate project specifications with clarity.

• Property Advertising: Develop high-impact property adverts tailored for diverse audiences, ensuring that layout and typography prioritize readability and brand luxury.

• Social Media Engagement: Create visually striking graphics optimized for platform-specific engagement, maintaining a dynamic and professional online presence.

2. Digital Innovation & Motion Graphics

• Dynamic Content Creation: Perform basic video editing and develop motion graphics to elevate our digital promotions beyond static imagery.

• Digital Publishing Excellence: Design assets specifically for seamless digital consumption, ensuring file optimization for fast loading and high-fidelity display on all devices.

3. Technical Production & Software Mastery

• Tooling Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to produce polished, industry-standard visual materials.

• Pre-Press Management: Prepare high-quality, print-ready files (CMYK, bleed margins, and high-resolution exports) for professional production of banners and site boards.

• Brand Stewardship: Ensure that every asset, from a business card to a billboard, adheres strictly to the company’s visual guidelines and color palettes.
