Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively rigorous Graphics Designer to anchor the visual identity of Uncle Stan’s Foods in Lekki. In the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food retail landscape, success is defined by "Visual Appetite", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity aesthetics with strategic marketing goals. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" who can blend "Digital Precision" with the "Visual Storytelling" required to maintain brand consistency across social media, packaging, and in-store marketing.
Requirements:
1. Visual Design & Campaign Engineering
Digital Asset Creation: Engineer engaging, high-fidelity graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels to support daily engagement and growth.
Campaign Architecture: Design visually compelling promotional materials for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and exclusive special offers.
Marketing Collateral: Develop high-impact layouts for digital advertisements, web banners, and diverse marketing visuals that capture immediate consumer attention.
2. Brand Consistency & Identity Governance
Identity Stewardship: Ensure 100% alignment with Uncle Stan’s Foods’ brand identity, strictly adhering to established color palettes, typography, and style guidelines.
Omni-channel Consistency: Maintain a unified visual language across all platforms, from physical in-store menu boards to digital ad placements.
Packaging & Merchandise: Lead the design evolution for product packaging, labels, and branded merchandise to enhance shelf presence and brand recall.
3. Strategic Collaboration & Content Synergy
Creative Alignment: Work synchronously with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator to produce visuals that amplify the brand’s overall content strategy.
Multimedia Support: Create graphic overlays and complementary visual elements that enhance video and photographic content.
Trend Intelligence: Proactively generate innovative design concepts that leverage current global and local design trends to keep the brand "Top-of-Mind."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio (FMCG or Food industry experience is an advantage).
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Canva or motion graphics tools is a plus.
