Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Graphics Designer to serve as the visual engine of our marketing and branding department in Lagos. In a digital-first economy, the speed of content is just as important as the quality of the design. This role is designed for a "Creative Generalist", an OND holder with 1–3 years of experience who can seamlessly transition from designing high-impact social media stories to preparing complex files for large-format print production.
Your mission is to bring our marketing calendar to life. You will be responsible for a high-volume creative pipeline, producing 10+ daily visual assets including social media posts, website banners, and promotional flyers. If you possess a "Pixel-Perfect" mindset and the organizational grit to maintain a structured design archive while meeting tight daily deadlines, we want you to shape our brand identity.
Requirements:
1. High-Volume Content Engineering
Daily Output: Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketer to deliver a minimum of 10 daily posts, encompassing stories, grid content, and promotional creatives.
Campaign Ideation: Develop unique creative concepts for product launches and seasonal promotions that align with the overarching brand strategy.
Multimedia Editing: Perform professional photo editing, create realistic product mockups, and design offline marketing materials such as banners and flyers.
2. Brand Governance & Technical Precision
Identity Stewardship: Ensure every design strictly adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining 100% consistency in colors, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Pre-Flight Production: Correctly prepare artwork for both digital use and physical print, ensuring the correct sizing, resolution, bleeds, and file formats (CMYK vs. RGB).
Trend Integration: Stay updated on current global and local design trends to ensure our creative output remains modern and competitive.
3. Asset Management & Iterative Design
Design Archiving: Maintain a highly structured and organized archive of all design source files (.PSD, .AI) and finalized brand assets.
Feedback Integration: Agilely revise designs based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring the timely delivery of all creative assets for scheduled campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of active experience in Media, Advertising, or Branding.
Technical Toolkit: Mastery of industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of digital vs. print specifications.
