Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Graduate Trainee Real Estate Sales Officer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in real estate sales. The trainee will receive hands-on training in property sales, client engagement, site inspections, and deal closing while supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. 

Requirements:

• Assist in marketing and selling company properties
• Learn and support client acquisition and lead follow-up activities
• Participate in property inspections and client meetings
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities
• Support negotiations and documentation processes under supervision
• Conduct market research on property trends and competitor offerings
• Meet assigned sales targets during and after the training period
• Represent the company professionally at sales outlets, exhibitions, and site locations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline
• NYSC completed or exempted
• Strong interest in real estate sales and marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM is an advantage)
• Must be proactive, energetic, and customer-focused
