Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and competent Graduate Trainees to join our hospitality network. This 12-month immersive program is designed to cultivate the next generation of hospitality leaders. You will not just be "observing"; you will be an active participant in the daily engine of the hotel, supporting management while gradually taking on the responsibility of supervising core operations.
This role is a bridge between your academic achievements and professional mastery. You will rotate through various departments, ensuring that our high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency are met every single day. Requirements:
1. Operational Supervision & Team Leadership
Staff Monitoring: Oversee junior staff members to ensure all service protocols are followed and guest needs are anticipated.
Management Support: Assist Senior Managers in executing high-level daily activities, ensuring the smooth handover of shifts and tasks.
Positive Culture: Maintain a professional and high-energy working environment that motivates the team to deliver "Five-Star" service.
2. Strategic Implementation & Reporting
Performance Analysis: Write and analyze daily operational reports to identify areas for improvement and celebrate team wins.
Policy Governance: Learn and implement the company’s internal policies, protocols, and safety regulations.
Work Planning: Collaborate with Managers to plan daily work outputs, aligning team efforts with the organization’s commercial goals.
3. Professional Development & Administration
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in specialized workshops, leadership training, and departmental meetings.
Administrative Stewardship: Perform essential office duties, from record-keeping to drafting formal training guidelines.
Cross-Departmental Support: Provide "roving" support to various departments—be it Front Desk, Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping—to gain a holistic view of the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
The Ideal Profile
Education: BSc, BEd, or HND in any field.
Mandatory: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Location: Candidates must reside within the Ojodu, Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, or Ketu axis for ease of mobility.
Experience: No prior experience required; we are looking for potential, grit, and a willingness to learn.
Core Competencies
Communication: Flawless verbal and written English skills for formal reporting and guest interaction.
Multitasking: The ability to remain calm and efficient while handling multiple operational requests simultaneously.
