Job Description:
- Participate in structured learning and on-the-job training across various departments (Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk & Compliance, etc.).
- Support day-to-day departmental activities, projects, and initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to aid business decision-making.
- Gain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to execute projects and deliver business objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development throughout the program.
Requirements:
- HND / BSc Degree from a recognized institution
- 0 - 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.
