Job Description:
- They are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – South East to lead branch operations in Port Harcourt.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing business performance, and leading cross-functional teams across sales, aftersales, customer service, and administration.
- This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing large business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives
- Monitor sales and profitability performance against targets
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government agencies
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across the branch
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to expand the business
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development experience
- Proven financial management and P&L management expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences (MBA/MSc is an advantage)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
