Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite General Manager to anchor the entire agricultural and processing engine of our Delta operations. In a specialized agro-allied landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the harvest-to-mill cycle and the precision of the output quality success is defined by "Agrarian Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize large-scale rice production with the clinical precision required for Mill Setup, Civil Engineering Supervision, and NAFDAC/ISO Compliance. This role is designed for an "Integrated Architect" specifically a leader with 5 to 10 years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing land development and drying/packaging workflows) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Total Quality Management and Performance Frameworks.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Production Governance

• Sovereignty of the Field: Establish and manage large-scale rice production from land development to harvest, acting as the primary "Source of Raw Material Security."

• Processing Architecture: Oversee the setup and efficient operation of the rice mill (drying, processing, packaging), providing the "Structural Foundation" for finished-good excellence.

• Integrity Stewardship: Supervise all civil and structural engineering works, ensuring the "Source of Physical Infrastructure" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Systemic Logic

• Coordination Sovereignty: Harmonize farm production with processing capacity, acting as the primary "Source of Value-Chain Fluidity."

• Operational Architecture: Put in place clear systems for planning and tracking, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost efficiency and productivity.

• Compliance Stewardship: Implement quality systems aligned with NAFDAC and ISO standards, maintaining the "Source of Food Safety and Regulatory Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Talent Sovereignty: Build and manage a disciplined team across field and mill operations, acting as the primary "Source of Human Capital Performance."

• Engagement Architecture: Manage relationships with communities, partners, and stakeholders, providing the "Relational Foundation" for smooth project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or Operations Management. Advanced degrees are an advantage.

• Experience: 5 – 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing agricultural operations or integrated value chains.

• Technical Power: Strong understanding of Production Systems, Operational Planning, and civil work supervision.

• Certification: Highly desirable: PMP/PRINCE2, ISO 22000, HACCP, or TQM certifications.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex and dynamic environments.
