This role is designed for a "Field Architect" specifically a worker with proven crop-farming experience who can blend "Physical Grit" (planting, weeding, and spraying) with the "Execution Agility" required to follow strict technical instructions and maintain farm discipline.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Production Governance

• Sovereignty of the Seed: Execute planting and transplanting with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Crop Vitality."
