Job Description:

• Overseeing daily operations Budgets
• Developing a strategic blueprint
• Implementing growth strategies
• Oversee recruitment and training
• Developing a positive work environment
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure regulations are followed
• Maintain budgets and optimize expense.

Requirements:

• HND / B.Sc / MBA
• 8 - 10 years of experience in a real estate/ construction company
• Computer knowledge an advantage
• Presentable and professional demeanor.
